Finance projects

I am available to support businesses of all sizes in tackling the day-to-day practical and commercial requirements of their finance function.

With my extensive experience, and as a Fellow of the ICAEW, I have a broad skill-set to deliver immediate value. This can range from tackling specific problems with information and delivering swift solutions, improving and developing MI tools, through to supporting on business plans and dealing with lenders and key stakeholders.

With over 15 years' experience working in crisis situations and insolvency, I can also work with businesses in difficult circumstances to provide support with tools, a calm approach and stakeholder management.

I also have a experience in learning and can assist with content creation and strategy development.

My focus as an accountant is leveraging my commercial skills to make tangible and rapid improvements, or fix issues, rather than being engaged to deliver statutory requirements.

Upbeat Consulting Limited is registered as an accountancy practice with the ICAEW - registration number C011005320.
Andrew Barber is entitled to engage in public practice as a Chartered Accountant by the ICAEW.
